Gentlemen: Thank you very much for the excellent installation of windows and vinyl frame coverings. The quality of material and workmanship are a dream come true. The additional light coming into the home, the outside noise reduction entering the home, and the overall insulating effect are very welcome and undoubtedly cost saving as well. My only complaint is that if any one tries to break into any car parked on the street, I might not hear it anymore. Thanks again for a job well done. They immediately started to work locating and removing the old windows in the sequence in which we wished them to be replaced. Pads were placed beneath each window as they were demolished (with NO glass found inside the house after the removal of the old frames and panes). It was a very professional job. The crew worked with virtually no instruction, like a well-oiled machine; each person doing the proper job in the correct sequence. It was a pleasure to watch them carefully install each window! They then all started on the metal molding on the outside of the windows. This is a rather tedious repetitive job but they all worked with virtually the same skill and we cannot tell which window was done by a specific person as they are all beautiful. When the project was over, we had nothing to clean up after they left - no muss, no fuss, and no problem. Again, thanks for making our home much more attractive, quiet, more efficient, and up-to-date!!! Twice I had some windows installed. At first I was happy with my new windows, the way they looked and the way they worked. But after a short time I found that I could not close them completely or lock them. I still can't to this day. After extensive complaining one of the companies finally sent someone back to see what the problem was. When I showed him the windows would not close properly he pushed and grunted with all of his might and got it to close. "See, there's nothing wrong with this window." When I asked him about the other windows he said "same deal, there's nothing wrong with them either". He would not even look at them!
